Our doors opened December, 2011, to a gastronomic flare of Asian fusion, in Cambridge's rich cultinary mix of ethnic cuisines. Fuji at Kendall is the 7th location of its kind, opened by owners Jimmy Liang, Peter Tse, and their partners Tony Liang, John Liang, and head chef Ming Cao.
The sushi served here is as sophisticated as Fuji's upscale decor and interior. Every item on the menu is carefully selected and hand-made with the freshest and finest ingredients to bring out the delicate flavors of Japanese cuisine.
